We offer quality classes and provide certified professional instructors so that we can give you a great workout every time! We welcome men and women to our studio. The first class is free.

New Classes at The Works!

West African Dance—with Live Drummers!: An exploration of traditional West African Dance. The class is accompanied by a tight ensemble of live drummers with extensive experience in Malian percussion/djembe and dunun music. Thursdays 6:00 - 7:30pm.

Individual Pilates instruction at The Works: Selena Passy now offers individual Pilates instruction in her studio at The Works.

Science of Self Kundalini Yoga: Science of Self Kundalini Yoga and Empirical Self-Inquiry with Siri Sat Nam Kaur, PhD. Engage mind and body to liberate the spirit. Sundays 3:00 - 4:30pm.

New Salsa class, new teacher: Fiona Li teaches Salsa Social Dancing Saturday afternoons 1:00 - 3:00pm. Please email to register for your class: fionali8588@yahoo.com. (Salsa with Rebecca continues Mondays, 7:30 - 10:30pm.)

. . . and the party was terrific! Thanks to everyone—the guests, the auction item donors, the providers of wonderful food and drink. A special thanks to Don and Joan Wilson for hosting the event in their beautiful home. And of course our gratitude to Sandy Friedland for all her hard work and to her most talented and generous son David Berkeley for his excellent entertainment. Special thanks to Leo and his daughter Lindsey for working so hard to get the on-line auction to work and for managing it; to Jeremy Knight for his technical assistance; and to Sarah, who tied together all the loose ends so well, and solicited most of the donations for the auction.
