STUDIO POLICY: First time clients please arrive 10 minutes before class. You will need to fill out a liability waiver and sign in at the front desk. All Clients: Sign in at the front desk, purchase a card if you need one, and or make sure your card is current. Cards cannot be "extended"—however, for $15 you may freeze your card. Please notify the front desk. ALL cards have expiration dates—see rate page. There is a $15 fee for returned checks. We accept cash and checks only. Students must show proof of full-time enrollment. What to bring: Bring water, wear comfortable clothing, a shower towel if you plan on taking a shower. Proper workout shoes are a must. Workout towels are provided. Turn cell phones OFF while inside the studio. Latecomers: Please be aware that we will not allow anyone to enter class five minutes after it has started. This is due to liability, class disruption and consideration of others. Plan your time wisely.
